*Subscription Details

An active subscription is required for the Wait Time TV to operate. It provides 24/7 access to our servers for real-time park data and continuous updates (new rides, features, seasonal content) and includes the All Parks & VIP Packages: 

• Subscription Plan (required): sign up upon receipt of your display
  • $14.99/month, or
  • $165/year (pre-pay & save)

**What if I already have a Wait Time subscription?

Each device requires its own subscription to operate. When setting up your new Wait Time TV, you will have two options:

1. Add a new subscription: Most of our customers choose this! Your existing Wait Time Sign or Display will continue to run just as it does today, while your new Wait Time TV unlocks premium HD visuals, high-resolution fireworks, 4 screen Multiview, live piano bar performances, & more that all sound and look incredible on the big screen! It’s the best of both worlds — your display stays on all day for park info and ambiance, while your TV becomes your immersive entertainment hub.
2. Transfer to Wait Time TV: If you’d prefer to replace your current device, you can cancel your existing subscription and start a new one for Wait Time TV using the same account. Our team can help make the switch seamless for you. Note: Transferring will disable your previous Wait Time device.
