Yes! When you receive your device, you will be given the option to add more parks to your sign. Additional fees apply as follows:

• +$1.99/mo per extra park OR
• +$4.99/mo for ALL parks

Each device requires its own subscription to operate. You will have 2 options upon receipt of your new display:

1. Create New Subscription: If you want to keep your original Wait Time Sign functional then you will simply create a new subscription for your Wait Time Display upon receipt of your new device
2. Transfer Subscription: You will have the option to transfer your previous subscription from your Wait Time Sign to your new Wait Time Display upon receipt of your new device. IMPORTANT: This will disable your Wait Time Sign

Yes! If you choose the "SHOP Pay In Installments" option at checkout, you will be able to pay for any device over a period of 4 installments. And the best part? It is 0% interest!

Yes! These are real working Wait Time Signs that sync to the parks and display the actual wait times of your favorite rides in real time.

The rides included on your sign will correspond to the park design that you choose. For example, the Silver Globe sign will include all EPCOT rides. And for the Wait Time Displays, the primary park you choose will correspond to the rides you will receive.

Upon enrolling in your subscription (once you receive the device) you will have the option to add more parks to your sign (additional fees apply. See product descriptions for fees and details).

Wait Time Signs: Yes! Currently a Digital Clock (12 Hr and 24 Hr), a Vacation Countdown Display, and Character Meet and Greet Wait Times are also included. We have also recently added the automatic scroll feature to all signs.

Wait Time Displays: Yes! Currently you have access to your own Resort Channel, Customized Welcome Screen, Virtual Terrace: LIVE stream of the Orlando Skyline, and a Vacation Countdown Fireworks Show!

Please note that additional features will also be added over time to your devices and to our Magical Add-On Store.

Consider the Magical Add-On Store to be the "App Store" for your Wait Time Sign. Over time, new features will be released into the store which can be added to your sign making it even more magical!

One of the biggest hurdles we had to solve is to make sure that the Wait Time Devices don't become quickly outdated as the parks evolve and new rides open and close. We created a system that will automatically update your sign with new rides as they open in the parks. For example, when Tiana's Bayou Adventure opened in 2024, the ride immediately loaded into all devices!

Subscription enrollment occurs once you receive your device. Instructions for enrolling in our $4.99/mo subscription program are included in the box with your Wait Time Device.

Your subscription provides access to our servers which transmit 24/7 real time park data to your Wait Time Sign. It also ensures that as the parks change and evolve, your device will automatically stay up to date as new rides, attractions, and events are released therefore ensuring that your device never becomes outdated.

No. A subscription is needed for any and all features to work on the Wait Time Displays.

An ACTIVE subscription is required for any and all features of your Wait Time Devices to work.

Our Wait Time Devices make wonderful gifts! We offer a gift subscription option which allows you to send both the sign (display) and your choice of a pre-paid 6 month or 12 month subscription gift card to your lucky recipient.

Yes! A 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection is required for the Wait Time Sign and Wait Time Display to operate.

This is very easy to setup and only takes about 2 minutes. The only requirement is that you have a Wi-Fi connection and a device (smart phone, tablet, computer, laptop) to make the connection. We have a detailed instruction manual and online video tutorials to make sure the setup process is extremely easy.

All updates occur automatically and require no additional work on your end.
